Do I have warranty on my purchased products?
Yes. All of our products have one year limited warranty.
Here's a summary of how the process works:
1. Submit a Warranty Claim.
2. Receive an email with shipping instructions.
3. Send in your product.
4. Receive a package with your replacement product.
How fast do you ship my order?
After an order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 4pm PST or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.
How do you ship my order? How long do I have to wait to receive it?
We use US Postal Service First Class Package to ship all orders. It takes 2 to 4 business day for delivery. We use tracking service to track every shipment. You will recieve the tracking number when the package is shipped.
When Can I cancel, change or add to my exsiting order?
If the order has not been shipped, you may cancel it. If you want to change your order or add to it, you may so by placing a new order.
Do you ship out of USA or to Alaska, Hawaii?
We only ship to US, Hawaii, Alaska and Porto Rico. At this time we cannot ship to any other countries.
